Do you offer a warranty on your frames?
Yes, every Lebel frame is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
What is your return policy for bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your ride, you can return the bicycle in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
