Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Lebel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned bicycle or accessory, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
